To effectively help others, need to get it back own resource.

Many therapists are now experiencing the same traumatic events as their clients. They also mourn losses, live under the constant threat of missile strikes, worry about loved ones, or try to build a life from scratch in a foreign country.

When client stories bring you back to your own pain, maintaining a helping role takes enormous effort. Constant retraumatization leads to anxiety, powerlessness, and depression.

Short-term bodily trauma therapy restores resources in several sessions

Shock trauma and PTSD are literally etched into the body. If you do not take this into account and work with trauma only through the psyche, you can wait for results for years. Especially if the traumatic circumstances continue.

Short-term bodily trauma therapy is based on the connection between consciousness, body, psyche, emotions and instincts. This holistic approach brings healing in just a few sessions.

🟢 You will be able to work with clients from other cities/countries

Unlike conventional bodily practices, the CTT technique works through verbal communication and is effective when working online.

Short-term bodily trauma therapy is NOT SUITABLE for those who
work more with spirituality than with the body, since it is based on
classical psychology.
