Shock trauma and PTSD are literally etched into the human body
If you do not take this into account and work with trauma only through the psyche, you can wait for results for years.
Short-term trauma therapy relies on the interconnection of
consciousness, body, psyche, emotions and instincts. This holistic
approach brings healing in just a few sessions.
How does Short-Therapy “Dialogue with the Body” work
Before studying the program on the course, get to know it better. In this video, Galit explains how the technique works and what makes it so effective.
Why you should master Short-term therapy tools
Your clients get deeper and faster results
Anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other complex symptoms make it
difficult to decide where to start therapy and how to proceed.
On the course you will learn 6-step protocol for dealing with trauma.
This is a clear, understandable plan, following which your patients will
recover quickly and effectively.
You become a more in-demand specialist
Dealing with shock trauma requires resilience. Not every therapist will remain a support for a client when faced with shock energy. Great risk fall into your own experiences.
Working on the course expands your inner emotional container and
gives you the resource to help others.
You can work with clients online
Bodywork techniques usually require physical contact. They are useless when the client lives in another city.
Short-term body trauma therapy is verbal interaction.
Once you master it, you will be able to help clients online, no matter
where you are.
Who can benefit from learning short-term
physical trauma therapy
By including your body in your work, you will strengthen your working
practices and deepen their effect.
Short-term bodily trauma therapy can be freely combined with all existing techniques. However, it is NOT SUITABLE for those who work more with spirituality than with the
body, since it is based on classical psychology.

What will we work with on the course
The 6-Step Short-Term Trauma Therapy Protocol
Let's work through each step of the protocol.
Let's look at the difficulties that arise at specific stages. We will pay special attention to losses, suicides, intrauterine injuries, car accidents, drownings, etc.
Basics of short-term trauma therapy
Let's look at the polyvagal theory of Stephen Porges. Let's study the
types of the nervous system and treatment methods for them. Let's
clarify the differences between short-term and long-term trauma
therapy.
Nervous System Triggers and Response Patterns
We will study the impact of trauma on the brain, the interaction of the
thalamus, neocortex and amygdala. We will master the position of the
therapist in short-term bodily trauma therapy and the application of the principles of Dialogue with the body in it.
You will learn
How bodily feeling actualizes unfinished traumatic reactions.
How to address the body to awaken the body's natural ability to
recover from trauma.
How to recognize the activation and release of trauma and
immediately help the patient return to balance.
What healing processes arise as a result of bodily experience and
how to transform traumatic symptoms.
